Are you an enthusiastic, personable and experienced Administrator looking for your next challenge at a global law firm? If so, we need you! We are looking to recruit for an Administrative Coordinator on a fixed term contract basis. This is a 9 month contract covering maternity leave (potential for extension). The role is working Monday to Friday, 9:30-17:30, paying a competitive salary. The firm offers hybrid working with 3 days in the office; however, you can expect to work more in the office for the first few months, so you must be flexible. Duties include (but not limited to):

Providing administrative support to different departments. Maintaining files and databases. Preparing reports and presentations. Coordinating events. Processing invoices. Liaising between internal and external parties. Handling any extra administrative projects as and when assigned. The ideal person will have at least 1 year of administrative experience in a law firm or professional services environment. You must be proficient and exhibit a positive, can-do attitude! Personality is super important for this firm. You will also need excellent organisational and IT skills as well as the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
