As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administration Manager to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview:

As an Administration Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the production planning and order processing operations within our window manufacturing company. You will ensure that all orders are processed accurately, on time, and in alignment with our production schedules. Your organizational skills will ensure smooth coordination between departments, helping us deliver top-tier products to our customers with efficiency and excellence. Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day administration of the production planning and order processing functions. Coordinate with the production and sales teams to ensure windows and doors are processed accurately and efficiently, liaising with processing and production. Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer deadlines while optimizing internal resources. Maintain accurate records of all orders, deliveries, and production statuses. Provide regular updates to senior management on production and order processing status. Streamline and improve administrative processes to enhance overall operational efficiency. Manage a small team of administrative staff, ensuring they are well-supported and productive. Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in the glazing or double glazing industry, preferable with a window and door fabricator or double glazing manufacturer. An understanding of order processing, production planning, and supply chain management in relation to double glazing and fenestration. Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. High attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and experience with production or order processing software like Business Micros or First Degree Systems would be beneficial. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams. Why Join Us?
