Administration Manager

The Role

Take responsibility for managing a team and overseeing the team’s workflow. Handle the people manager related items for a medium-sized team. Manage tasks in line with agreed milestones and SLAs. Take ownership and accountability of and monitor work allocation to ensure service level is achieved. Develop an in-depth understanding of the technical and procedural aspects of DC investment changes. Take the lead with items and actions, attending internal and external calls with stakeholders. Facilitate smooth knowledge transfer and ongoing development within the team via well-documented and updated training materials. Coach, mentor and drive colleague training, development, and team performance. Take the lead in more complex work when required. Work with your team and the business to create a positive working environment. Drive best practice and identify continuous improvements. Plan ahead, prioritise and organise work to meet the ongoing business priorities. Manage stakeholder relationships. Assist with internal and external audit checks. Continuously seek to identify areas where the service to clients could be improved and communicate findings with Line Manager. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high levels of service are achieved. Encourage teamwork by sharing knowledge, ideas, and solutions. Provide an efficient, professional service to meet all client needs and to promote the WTW brand. Qualifications

The Requirements Prior experience of managing a team, mentoring/training within a DC pensions administration environment. Ideally would suit an experienced team manager looking for career development. Previous experience of working on DC investment administration changes desirable, but not essential. Interpersonal skills to include excellent written and verbal communication. Extremely well organised and be able to manage multiple priorities, targets, and deadlines at any one time. Strong time management skills and the ability to organize and prioritise your tasks and those of your team. Take pride in your work with accuracy and adherence to a high level of quality being paramount. Must be able to work to a high level of accuracy. At WTW, we believe difference makes us stronger.
