Administration Officer
Administration Officer focuses on use your clerical skills and experience to provide administration support to the dietetic teams across the health board.
What the role involves
- Use your clerical skills and experience to provide administration support to the Dietetic teams across the Health Board.
- Also support the booking of appointments for outpatient clinics, diabetes education and weight management programmes.
- We offer both departmental and personal CPD time to support your development.
- You might be a nurse or doctor, maybe you specialise in a health science/therapy or can offer skills in one of our support services - we have a job for you.
- There are also apprenticeships, work placements and volunteering roles available.

Skills and requirements
- 5 GCSEs or equivalent, Grade C or above.
- Level 2 or equivalent demonstrable experience/knowledge in Business Administration or similar.
- ECDL or equivalent experience and or qualifications.
- Experience of working in an administrative/office environment.

- This is a permanent, Part Time post (working 28 hours per week).
