Key Skills/ requirements STRATEGY: Deliver the Business Operations Services adhering to the MU Strategy. BEHAVIOUR: Promote and role modelling the Behaviour Blueprint with stakeholders, clients and other team members at all times. STAKEHOLDERS: Support your Practice representative in stakeholder and relationship management. CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT: Seek ways to improve services, tools, processes, and resources. GOVERNANCE & COMMUNICATIONS: Consistent application of governance for the successful operation of the Practices Function including maintenance of the communications plan, planning events, facilitating Practice cascades. Identify, monitor, and report of Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies (RAID), ensuring audit compliance across the Practice. RESOURCE MANAGEMENT: Monitoring starters and leavers. Preparation of the headcount tracker. FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT: Provide accurate and effective financial management advice for the Practice including forecasting, actuals management, tracking of budgets. PLANNING & REPORTING: Ensure consistent, accurate and timely planning, monitoring, and reporting processes are in place for all Practice All profiles will be reviewed against the required skills and experience.
