About the role As the Administration Team Leader, you will supervise the Central Administration Department to ensure operational readiness and to provide a professional support service. Responsibilities will include: Leading the Administration Team and ensuring cover using your core hours as a basis for working and subsequently covering staff absences and holidays in emergencies to ensure continuity in the Administration workflows. Supporting the Service Delivery Manager & TEC Regional Operations Manager with administrative duties such as referrals, work allocation, housekeeping, and training of staff. Assisting with compliance with TSA TEC Quality Framework, including compliance with KPI targets, performance objectives, call audits, and call-handling training plans. Conducting formal 1-1’s, coaching and feedback sessions, communications, Toolbox talks, and team meetings. Driving an efficient, consistent, and high-quality service to our clients at every interaction. Liaising with key agencies such as Commissioners, Social Workers, Doctors, District Nurses, Wardens, and Housing Associations. Developing & maintaining knowledge and expertise in this specialist function and demonstrating commitment to one’s own professional development and participating in appraisal reviews. Developing and implementing effective KPI & Quality within the department. About you Genuine empathy for the welfare of elderly adults. Able to work well independently and as part of a team with strong verbal and written communication skills. Well-organized and flexible to manage multiple tasks. Good understanding of KPI performance and getting the best out of your people. Flexible with working days/hours to suit the needs of the business. Previous experience as a Team Leader.
