Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and team coordination. This role is essential in ensuring smooth administrative processes, effective communication, and well-structured team activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain contract documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely updates

  • Oversee and regularly update the organizational chart and internal platforms such as SharePoint

  • Coordinate the organization of team meetings and recurring meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and follow-ups

  • Plan and coordinate offsites, workshops, and team-building activities, handling logistics end-to-end

Profile

  • Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role within a fast-paced environment

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a hands-on approach and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools such as SharePoint

  • Strong linguistic competencies in English and French
