PE Global is recruiting an Administrative Assistant for our multinational biotech client based in Moorgate, London. The role is an initial contract until the end of March. This will be a hybrid working role (2 days office based per week). Responsibilities of the role: Provides administrative support to a department or individual. Typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, calendaring, record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and/or sorting/distributing mail. May work on special projects to include recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting and analyzing information. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize. Strong communication skills and organizational skills are required. Works with moderate work direction, and can identify issues/problems but may need assistance in resolving. Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and email systems Strong administrative coordination abilities, customer service experience. Please note PE Global cannot assist with any sponsorship. Candidates need to have a valid visa to live and work within the UK for at least the next 12 months.
