Administration Assistant

Swansea (Hybrid Working)

Part-Time (3 days per week)

Salary: Up to £25,000 pro-rata


CPS Group are proud to be partnered with a leading software development company, who are currently searching for a new Administration Assistant to join their team to help provide general business administrative support to the Director of Development and People Manager.


This is a part-time position (approximately 24 hours per week), exact working pattern to be discussed with the successful candidates but will be a minimum of three working days per week.


Key Responsibilities:

Oversee office maintenance, facilities and equipment

Liaise with third parties (internet, cleaner, building management company) ensuring office services are maintained

Be the first point of contact, meeting and greeting visitors and accepting parcels

Office procedures e.g. risk assessment, signage, fire safety tests

Maintaining administrative documents and databases

Assisting with recruitment activities – posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, maintain candidate database, assist with new hire onboarding


Candidate Skills/Experience:

Previous experience in a similar position

Strong IT Administration skills (Microsoft Office, GSuite, Excel etc)

Excellent communication and time management skills

Prior experience with recruitment administration would be an advantage

Familiarity with health and safety regulations and procedures would be ideal
