**About the Role:** Administrative Coordinator We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Randstad CPE. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the construction team, including managing records, processing documents, and responding to client inquiries. **Key Responsibilities:** Manage and maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance projects. Process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents. Provide administrative support to the construction team. Respond to phone calls and emails from clients and contractors. **Requirements:** Proven experience as an administrator, ideally within a construction or property management environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent organisational and time management abilities. **Salary:** £26,500 per annum.
