permanent basis

37.5 hours per week . Please note, this role will be available from

You will be adept at motivating a team, planning & organising your own and a team's workload and at ease with adapting to changing demands with the aim to ensure positive outcomes, KPIs and deadlines are achieved. You believe in and will demonstrate a mature, fair, enthusiastic and positive leadership style to ensure our Administrative Teams are cared for and supported. Previous demonstrable strong skills and experience of leadership is of utmost importance to us. A thorough understanding of NHS performance targets, change management & patient flow is very desirable. As a key member of the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, you will be joining an exceptional team working together to help our patients stay healthy when they need it most. Job responsibilities

The Administrative Line Manager is responsible for the line management of administrative and clerical staff and overseeing the day-to-day running of administrative functions within the Womens & Child Health Care Group. This role will involve HR elements such as recruitment & retention and attendance and performance monitoring. Awareness and implementation of Health & Safety protocols, coaching & mentoring, training, operational & admin workflow data collation and monitoring are also key responsibilities. Additionally, this role plays an active part in quality & change management projects and supports the Administration Service Manager to turn strategy into tangible positive results and outcomes. Working Pattern:

37.5 hours per week across Monday to Friday. Following completion of relevant training and at the Administration Service Manager's discretion, 1 day working from home can be supported on a Wednesday or Thursday. Interview Date:
