Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing critical documentation, insurance processes, and company secretarial duties. Key tasks include: Managing new and lost property development transitions, including key management, handovers, and documentation. Handling all aspects of property-related insurance administration (buildings, D&O, liability, engineering). Coordinating insurance renewals and maintaining claims logs. Managing Company Secretarial duties, including Companies House filings and shareholding updates. Overseeing financial administration. Organising and administering Annual General Meetings and tenant/general meetings. Processing Section 20 statutory notices and related communications. Handling sales enquiries and property transfers. Processing ownership changes and maintaining post-sale documentation. Maintaining property records and general administrative duties.
