Assists account managers with administrative tasks such as tracking deliveries and compiling reports, booking couriers and organising installations. Organises and maintains file system, and appropriately files correspondence and other records. Assists in scheduling, maintaining calendars and setting reminders for upcoming events. Performs data entry with understanding of confidential information. Assists staff with special projects as needed. Additional duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications. Strong analytical, prioritising, interpersonal, problem-solving, & planning skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organisation, as well as, internal and external clients. Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline oriented environment. Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.
