Temporary Administrator with Adobe Skills Position: Administrator Salary: £11.44 per hour Location: Wallsend Hours: Full time Contract: Temporary for 3+ months About the Role: We are seeking an organised and proactive Administrator with skills in Adobe software for a role that involves providing administrative support while utilising Adobe tools to create and edit professional documents, graphics, and other materials. Key Responsibilities: Use Adobe software (e.g., Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, InDesign) to design, edit, and format documents, presentations, and promotional materials. Ensure all Adobe-based outputs meet company branding and quality standards. Assist with data entry, report preparation, and other document-related tasks. Maintain accurate and organised digital filing systems. Collaborate with colleagues to support project needs and deadlines. Key Requirements: Proven experience in an administrative role. Proficiency in Adobe tools, such as Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, or InDesign. Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
