Job Summary We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing essential administrative support and assisting with the sales progression process. This position requires strong organisational skills, proficiency in various software applications, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism. Responsibilities Assist the Sales Progressor in managing the entire sales progression process from acceptance of an offer to the completion of the sale. Assist with the legal process, from reservation through to legal completion. Liaise with all parties in the buying and selling process by email and telephone, including buyers, vendors, solicitors, and estate agents. Training will be provided. Qualifications Sales Estate Agency or Admin Experience: Some prior experience in sales or administration within the real estate sector would be desirable. Strong Communication Skills: The ability to communicate clearly both in writing and verbally, with ease when interacting with various stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Office: Solid skills in common Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook). Multi-tasking Ability: Experience working in fast-paced environments where multiple tasks need to be managed efficiently at once. Attention to Detail: A keen ability to notice and correct small details to ensure accuracy. Organised with Prioritisation Skills: Ability to stay organised, plan workloads effectively, and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines. Overall, the ideal candidate should be adaptable, communicative, and well-organised, with a professional & proactive, "can-do" attitude. Must be okay with (a very friendly) dog!
