Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Trainee Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support. This position requires proficiency in various office tasks, including data entry, clerical duties, and effective communication. The ideal candidate will be adept at using our work management systems and Outlook, with excellent phone etiquette and organisational skills.
Ongoing training will be provided to help you elevate within your new career.
Responsibilities
Booking in all jobs (Reactive, PPM or quoted)
Sending all quotes to clients
Taking/receiving phone calls for all enquiries
Arranging plant hire for remedial works
Updating all client portals with job reports/quotes/any relevant information required
Raising Purchase orders for sub contractors
Sending updated/renewed documents to clients (Public Liability Insurance or DBS Certs for example)
Arranging permits for jobs
Setting up new sites on Job logic for new clients
Setting up Assets for new contracts
Setting up the Maintenance contracts for new clients
Setting up the recurring visits for the contracts
