About the role: The Business Support requirements within a Children’s Centre are varied and the safety and comfort of our service users is paramount and excellent customer service is a key component of this. Working 37 hours per week as an administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our offices. The working pattern will be: Monday - Thursday 8:30am-4:30pm Friday 8:30am to 4pm Your responsibilities may include: Managing and organising office documents and records. Signposting families to appropriate workers and information. Support with local or countywide initiatives to promote sessions and engagement of families, to assist particularly with management of the Centre Facebook Groups. Providing support to various departments as needed. Maintaining office supplies and equipment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
