Job summary Providing administrative support to the Ilfracombe, Braunton and Lynton Community Health and Social Care Team based at the Tyrrell Hospital, Ilfracombe. Main duties of the job As a key member of the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, you will be joining an exceptional team working together to help our patients to stay healthy when they need it most. Alongside our two acute hospitals, we provide integrated health and social care services across various settings, including community inpatient hospitals, outpatient clinics, and within people's homes. We also offer primary care services and specialist community services. Job responsibilities Based at the Tyrrell Hospital Ilfracombe, this role involves accessing multiple Health and Social Care computer systems to ensure the flow of information between various agencies involved in patient care. Duties include processing referrals, accurate message handling, oversight of reports for accurate data capture, general office duties, stationery ordering, and annual notes destruction as per policy. Ideally, candidates would have a working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook, and previous experience of health systems would be advantageous. Working Pattern:
