Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for construction planning and administration? Our client, a reputable multi-trade contractor in Glasgow, is looking to expand their team with a skilled Construction Planner/Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:

Support project teams with planning and scheduling construction activities. Assist in the preparation and coordination of project documentation, timelines, and reports. Maintain project records, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies. Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met. Monitor project progress and update schedules to reflect any changes or delays. Coordinate resource allocation, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in construction planning, administration, or a related role. Proficiency in planning software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) is highly desirable. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders. A proactive and problem-solving mindset. Knowledge of construction industry processes and regulations is an advantage.
