Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual who loves working with data and providing administrative support? Our client, a leading construction firm, is looking for a talented Administrator to join their team and play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations. If you have a passion for data management, possess excellent organisational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with site installers, utilising their documentation and installation records exported from specialist software to Excel, to process and modify/update installation records. Manage and update installation records on Excel, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Efficiently log enquiries for quotation, maintaining a comprehensive and organised system. Assist in setting up new projects by creating SharePoint entries, record on Construct Cloud software, and uploading data to recording software. Coordinate the creation and sharing of documentation between Operations Management and clients, ensuring effective communication and smooth workflow. Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone queries promptly and directing them to the appropriate team member.

Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manipulate and analyse data effectively. Strong organisational and time management skills, able to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels. Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
