We are seeking an experienced and reliable administrator to join our busy team, providing support to our repairs and maintenance departments across various properties. This contract role offers a dynamic and rewarding experience within the construction industry. Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience. Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance projects. Process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents. Provide administrative support to the construction team, including scheduling appointments, managing communication, and preparing reports. Respond to inquiries from clients and contractors via phone and email. Ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. Requirements
Proven experience as an administrator, preferably within a construction or property management environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent organisational and time management abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Additional Information
