Administrator (Legal) Belfast City Centre £ Competitive Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be working with a reputable, global law firm in Belfast in their search for a new administrator. This is a full time permanent role working within a warm and welcoming team. This role will involve: Print, photocopy and scan relevant documents for different practice departments. Call management – dealing with queries via phone and transfer through to correct department. Inbox management – dealing with queries via email effectively and efficiently. Entry of timesheets ensuring to do so in a timely/accurate manner. Meeting co-ordination – booking conference rooms, arranging refreshments, equipment, arranging dial-in details. Assist with booking travel and accommodation. Update and amend database information when required. Experience required: Minimum of one years’ experience working in an administrative position. Strong typing speed and capable of taking minutes in meetings. Competent knowledge of MS Suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Committed to providing excellent service to clients.
