Purpose of the Role: McLaren sells a wide range of consumer merchandise and licensed products through authorised resellers, B2B activities and an expanding eCom business. The primary purpose of the role is to support the B2B Sales Team and Licensing department in purchasing, order processing, logistics, invoicing, and systems management/administrative duties. Providing excellent administrative support, the role will contribute to delivering sales and profitability to a growing, revenue-generating department and success-focused racing team. The role will involve working with a wide variety of contacts at all levels – across McLaren Racing and our Sponsor Partners as well as with external suppliers and licensees. Role Dimensions: This is a part-time role - 25 hours per week, based at the McLaren Technology Centre in Woking. No travel is required. Principal Accountabilities: Support the department with all POs and necessary internal finance systems work (POs, GRNs, etc). Assist the department with general administrative duties, stores, and logistics arrangements. Manage processing of licensing VIK product orders and stock reporting within the system. Liaise with the finance team on B2B supplier and customer setup processes, stock status, and invoice requests. Maintain the B2B Salesforce system, assist with updating of the B2B sales platform data and asset management, all product and asset uploads, weekly updates of stock levels, customer account information, CRM, and general administrative tasks associated with the sales e-portal platform. Attend internal meetings with finance and operations teams and other relevant department meetings. Knowledge, Skills, and Experiences: Highly numerate – able to work with numbers and ensure accuracy at all times. Highly organised – able to prioritise work with strong attention to detail. Reliable – takes pride in fulfilling set tasks on time and delivering on set goals. Advanced skills in MS Office – Excel and PowerPoint in particular.
