to join our Oranga Hinengaro (Mental Health) team. This role goes beyond the typical reception duties; we're looking for someone who can manage complex administrative tasks with a high degree of professionalism, while also providing a warm and welcoming presence at our front desk. Skills & Experience

As our Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our kaupapa and contributing to the wellbeing of our whānau. Your responsibilities will include: Providing a friendly, welcoming, and professional reception for all staff and visitors. Ensuring that whaiora/client inquiries are appropriately triaged, directed, and satisfactorily concluded. Handling internal and external phone calls and face-to-face inquiries with efficiency and care. Creating and managing patient profiles and client records within our system. Assisting with dictation and the preparation of doctors' letters. Coordinating bookings, outpatient appointments, and other high-level administrative tasks. What We’re Looking For To excel in this role, you will have: 3+ years’ experience in a similar health/ social services administrative position High-level proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs. Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and visual. Strong time-management abilities and a great work ethic. Experience working effectively with Māori whānau.
