About the Role Right now, we are looking for an Administrator Quality, Safety and Wellbeing with some experience behind them to join our team. The day-to-day role provides a single point of contact for reception, administration, document design, communication, and administrative services to the team to support staff across the organisation in the delivery of quality initiatives. You will be responsible for the coordination and updating of controlled documents nationally, regionally, and at a district level.

Other parts of the role include reporting and meeting support.

About you We are seeking applications from experienced administrators who are IT literate, have outstanding written and oral communication skills, can work independently and as part of a team with a commitment to great team relations.

You will:

be methodical, process-oriented, and have excellent attention to detail.

possess strong administration and Microsoft 365 skills.

have a genuine passion for the safety of healthcare workers and our customers.

Salary Range This role is covered by the terms and conditions of the PSA, Health Administration Workers Collective, Band 4 and the salary step will be dependent on relevant experience.
