DKF is excited to be recruiting on behalf of one of our valued clients for the role of Administrator/Report Writer/Diary Scheduler. Based in modern, well-equipped offices near Atherton, this role is easily accessible from Bolton, Wigan, Warrington, and the Greater Manchester area.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth operation and growth of this dynamic and successful SME. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking company where your contributions will truly make a difference.

What your core responsibilities would be:

Prepare and produce detailed technical reports. Investigate and resolve issues with reports by liaising with surveyors and management. Build strong working relationships with on-site surveyors to gain a deeper understanding of their surveys. Input survey data and generate reports using TEAMS. Handle data uploads and manage client-specific reporting requirements. Respond to and manage client and supplier requests effectively. Communicate regularly with the laboratory, including tracking and resolving missing sample issues with surveyors. Adhere to client Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring timely and prioritized completion of reports. Collaborate with the finance team to provide completed reports for invoicing purposes. Provide administrative support to the management team. Conduct regular housekeeping of data platforms, including input reviews and corrections. Manage general office administration tasks to maintain smooth operations. Schedule appointments for on-site staff by coordinating phone calls with customers and tenants.

To be considered for this role you must meet the following criteria:

Be able to work full-time in an office-based position. Demonstrate strong organisational skills and the ability to manage their own workload effectively. Show adaptability and the ability to switch quickly between tasks when required. Possess a professional and confident phone manner. Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Thrive in a collaborative team environment. Have a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
