OutThere was established in 2012 and has evolved from a recruitment process management company to an outsourcing business that fulfills all of the supporting functions you would expect to sit within a fully integrated HR department. We provide outsourced solutions for all businesses great and small, and our customers' employee headcount range is currently 5 to 500. We are currently looking for an Administrator to join our team and assist the Managing Director. In this role, you will help manage inboxes, organize schedules, arrange travel, and send final sales documentation to clients. We are seeking someone who can also support our marketing strategies, oversee website updates, create content, and contribute to the growth of our company. This position is Part Time - 3 days a week, and you will play a key role in helping our team deliver outstanding services to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare marketing materials, including presentations, proposals, and reports. Coordinate and schedule meetings, including the preparation of agendas and documents for distribution. Support the organization of promotional events, trade shows, and client meetings. Provide excellent customer service support by responding to client inquiries and managing correspondence. Handle confidential information with discretion. Prepare agendas and take minutes during meetings. Minimum Requirements: Previous experience in an administrative role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
