Provide flexible and efficient administrative support across the Maintenance Directorate to facilitate seamless operations. Implement workflows and processes that enhance efficiency, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time. Act as a key point of contact for administrative coordination between internal departments and external clients. Complete a wide range of administrative tasks according to established policies, procedures, and contractual timelines. Challenge existing working methods to drive improvements in service efficiency, effectiveness, and quality. Utilise technology to streamline information flow, enhancing performance and supporting commercial targets. Respond promptly to written and verbal queries, assessing urgency and delivering effective solutions. Assist in gathering data and intelligence to support reporting on current and future activities. Proactively resolve administrative issues and support continuous improvement initiatives. Skills & Experience:

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Customer Service or Business Discipline Experience of using a computerised Scheduling or planning systems Microsoft Office proficiency Interview Process:

Candidates will undergo in-person interviews, consisting of competency-based questions and a practical administration exercise. Additional Information:
