Location - Glasgow City Centre
Our client based in Glasgow City Centre, is looking for a temporary Administrator to join their busy office. We are looking for someone who enjoys admin, processing orders and has excellent attention to detail. Please read below to find out more.
Key Responsibilities
Answering all incoming calls Taking messages and transferring calls to the correct team member Obtaining quotes for client orders Arranging shipment of customer orders Managing the shipment of orders from start to finish Dealing with customs to ensure orders meet their destination on time Making sure all documentation is in place for customs clearance and shipment Dealing with couriers/incoming and outgoing deliveries/post Assembling packages and processing labels General admin duties to support the wider team Keeping the office space tidy Ordering office supplies when needed About The Person
