Here at GXO we are recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator on a full time, permanent basis to join our Huel team in Wellingborough. You will be working Tuesday - Saturday, covering the hours of 09:00 - 17:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Ensuring compliance with site rules, safety and regulatory standards
  • Liaising with customer service representatives
  • Maintaining and provide statistical information in a timely manner
  • Co-ordinating the picking, packing and despatch of customer orders with the operational team
  • Organising and filing paperwork

What you need to succeed at GXO

  • Understanding and knowledge of warehouse routines and systems highly desirable
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent IT knowledge and ability to work your way around systems
  • Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving ability
