Key Responsibilities: Perform various administrative tasks using Vlookup and Excel Manage and organise files and documents Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments Assist with data entry and prepare reports Assist in preparing materials for product launches and promotional activities Maintain and update product data, including pricing and specifications, ensuring accuracy and organisation

Requirements: Previous experience in administration Proficiency in using Vlookup and Excel Strong attention to detail Excellent time management skills Ability to work well under pressure
