Administrator and Engagement Officer

to support and engage young adults aged 16-24. This role combines administrative excellence with the ability to build strong relationships, creating opportunities for young people to thrive. An enhanced DBS for Children & Adults is required for this role. Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support, including assistance with application forms and record keeping. Act as a first point of contact for young people, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment. Engage with young adults to understand their goals, challenges, and aspirations, signposting appropriate resources or opportunities. Skills and Qualifications:

Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience working with young adults or a similar demographic. Empathy, patience, and the ability to motivate and inspire.
