ROLE DESCRIPTION: The Racing Bug is a diverse business, dedicated to the generation of smiles on faces. We design, manufacture and operate world-leading cool stuff. Supporting our very rapid growth, we have a vacancy for a Part Time Office Administrator and Assistant. We are seeking a PRACTICAL person with existing knowledge and experience in an office role and a thirst for learning and progression. Key Skills: Excel (Essential) Xero (or other similar accounting software package experience essential) On a day-to-day basis, this would include (but not be limited to) assisting in: General business Administration and Accounting tasks Admin tasks in Xero (experience of Xero an advantage) Admin in bespoke financial systems Admin Tasks in MS Office, primarily Excel & Word Telephone answering and dealing with customer enquiries Assisting with HR processes ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
