As an Administrator, you will ensure the smooth operation of the Business Growth & Strategy function by providing comprehensive administrative and organisational support. Your responsibilities will include: Coordinate and manage the Director’s diaries, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events. Arrange internal and external meetings, ensuring agendas and relevant materials are prepared. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Director, prioritizing and responding as appropriate. Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as required. Maintain and organise electronic and physical files. Arrange logistics for meetings, including booking venues, preparing agendas, and taking minutes. Follow up on action items and ensure deadlines are met. Organise travel plans, including flights, accommodation, and transportation, for the Director and team members as needed. Provide administrative assistance to the wider Business Growth & Strategy team, including project coordination and ad hoc support. Support onboarding of new team members, ensuring access to systems and resources. Act as the first point of contact for the Director, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure clear communication between the Director and other teams or departments. Identify and implement improvements to administrative processes to enhance efficiency. Qualifications

Successful experience of working in a general administration support role and/or in a customer services environment. Demonstrable knowledge of operating office equipment and IT, e.g. telephone, computer with standard software, fax, copier, printers etc., to access, input and verify information.
