Admiral Nurse Lead in South East (covering Kent, Essex, Norfolk, Suffolk, Hertfordshire and East Sussex)

to join our dedicated Admiral Nurse Service, in partnership with Dementia UK. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of carers and people living with dementia. As the Admiral Nurse Lead, you will

manage and inspire a team of Admiral Nurses, fostering collaboration and motivation to deliver exceptional care. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and developing the Admiral Nurse Service across the South East, ensuring it meets the unique needs of the region. Working closely with the Royal British Legion and its partners, you’ll provide expert clinical advice, support, and guidance, while driving the service to achieve its strategic objectives. What we are looking for: To succeed in this role, you must hold a current RMN or RGN qualification and have proven leadership experience, ideally in dementia care. A passion for advancing care standards, the ability to work autonomously, and strong organisational and communication skills are essential. These attributes will enable you to navigate complex challenges, build effective relationships, and drive the service forward. In return, we offer
