This role is available to current employees within the Admissions Service at the University of Leeds only This role will be based on the university campus with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. Can you lead and motivate a team to deliver an excellent applicant experience? Are you solution-focused, with an interest in reviewing and improving processes? You will manage one of the teams in the Admissions Service, its workload and processes, and lead the team to provide an excellent service to our applicants. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the workload of a busy team, providing training and coaching to team members, subject matter expertise, and ongoing review of systems and processes to meet changing needs. You will work collaboratively with colleagues across Student Recruitment to share good practice and facilitate continuous improvement to the applicant journey.
