Your primary focus will be on the newly implemented Adobe Workfront platform for planning, collaboration, and asset management. Key Responsibilities: System Maintenance and Configuration Configure, customize, and optimize Adobe Workfront to meet project, resource, and workflow needs. Monitor product updates, assess impacts, and implement necessary adjustments to maintain optimal system performance Roadmap Development Identify and propose innovative enhancements to the marketing technology stack. Contribute to the creation and execution of the MarTech strategy and roadmap. User Support and Training Develop and maintain tailored training materials. Provide one-on-one support to users, addressing their specific needs. Troubleshoot technical issues and respond promptly to user queries. Integration Management Oversee integrations between Adobe Workfront and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow. Work with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain third-party integrations. Leverage Adobe Fusion to develop automations and integrations. Security and Access Control Manage user access requests and assign appropriate roles. Monitor licensing usage to align with commercial agreements. Actively engage with the Adobe Experience League community. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience as an Adobe Workfront administrator. Expertise in workflow administration, system configuration, and customization. Strong problem-solving abilities for troubleshooting system issues. Knowledge of project and resource management principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for user training and support. High attention to detail, with a focus on data accuracy and security.
