Carrying out high-quality ADOS assessments as part of a Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) for children and young people. Effectively communicating with neurodiverse children and young people and their families, as well as internal and external staff. Producing high-quality, detailed reports in a timely manner. What we are looking for:
A high level of clinical skills as evidenced by peer review and ADOS reports. Evidence of incorporating Psicon’s core values of commitment, trust, integrity, and kindness into their work with others. Ideally experience across all ADOS modules including Bosa. Willingness to work flexibly across a range of clinic models, venues, and days of the week. Good communication skills and level of IT literacy. An interest in advancing professionally as evidenced by attendance and contribution to the Psicon Reflective Practice Meetings and ADOS Q&A sessions, ADOS reliability meetings, and/or other CPD events within their professional clinical practice.
