Occupational Therapist

to support our mission of building and maintaining high-quality homes while enriching the culture and heritage of North Wales. Occupational Therapist Ty Coch, Bangor Full time, permanent (37 hours per week) £38,261 – £41,100 per annum The ability to communicate in Welsh is essential for this role Please Note: Applicants must be authorised to work in the UK We are Adra. We provide quality homes in North Wales. We're not an organisation that stands still. Over the coming years, we will have built a significant number of homes outside the county, with an ambition to be providing several hundred more high quality homes across North Wales. Although highly ambitious, we are equally determined to protect and develop the rich culture and heritage of the communities we serve. What you'll do: Provide Occupational Therapist Support to the Asset & Investment Directorate with key responsibilities for the following areas: Provide support to tenants during the adaptation process Carry out Assessment of needs for the residents Be an active member of the Adaptations Panel Follow Health, Safety, Quality and Environment (HSQE) policy and procedures for your work base Provide technical advice to the team Assist in the management of the adaptations budget Join Adra and help us build futures, homes, and thriving communities across North Wales.
