Tripod Partners is seeking an

Adult Mental Health Team Manager

to lead and manage services at

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust

in

Witney . This is a rewarding opportunity to provide high-quality care and support to adults with mental health needs while driving service improvements and team development.

Position Details Location: Witney Pay Rate: £36.47 per hour Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9: 00 AM – 5: 00 PM, with some flexibility to work unsocial hours as required. Duration: Ongoing Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities Leadership and Management:

Recruit, appraise, and develop team members while ensuring effective performance management. Oversee budgets, policies, and quality standards for the service. Manage staff workload, ensuring equitable distribution and high performance. Service Development:

Lead initiatives to improve the quality of care and operational efficiency. Foster innovation and develop new ways of working within the team. Participate in research, audits, and quality improvement projects. Clinical Oversight:

Ensure the team adheres to clinical governance standards and evidence-based guidelines. Address complex clinical cases and provide guidance on risk assessments and care planning. Support partnerships with other services, including inpatient wards and GP consortia.

Requirements Essential:

RMN, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or Psychology qualification. Significant experience in adult mental health services and team management. Strong knowledge of safeguarding, clinical governance, and risk assessment. Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills. Desirable:

Advanced assessment skills training. Prince2 qualification or equivalent project management experience. Postgraduate clinical or management qualifications.
