Adult Social Care Lawyer
to join their team.
Responsibilities: Advising and representing the client department in relation to Deprivation of Liberty Application. Managing Deputyship matters. Understanding the interrelation of Mental Health legislation in Adult Social Care Proceedings. Providing advice on ordinary residence.
