An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Adult Social Care Lawyer to join a Local Authority based in the North of England on an interim basis.
The client is willing to consider both full-time and part-time options (ideally 3 days +), to start in January 2025, for an initial term of 3 months and is subject to likely extension thereafter. Fully remote working is available.
An hourly umbrella rate of up to £60ph is offered for this post.
Duties and responsibilities may include: Provision of legal advice and services in respect of adult care and mental health law Including but not limited to applications to the Court of Protection, safeguarding advice, and conducting own advocacy where appropriate
