About the Role: Sanctuary Personnel is looking for an experienced Team Leader (Occupational Therapist) to lead a team within Adult Social Care, ensuring high-quality care and positive outcomes for service users. You’ll provide guidance and support to a dedicated team and work to improve the delivery of services in the community. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team to deliver person-centred care. Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders. Contribute to service improvements and compliance with policies. Support the Locality Manager in service management. What You Need: Occupational Therapy qualification. Leadership experience in Adult Social Care. Strong knowledge of social care legislation. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Empathy and commitment to improving lives. Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
