Adult Social Work – Assessment Team Rate:
£31.04 per hour Experienced qualified Social Worker needed in our assessment team in Enfield. Responsibilities: Complete Care Act assessments as part of a waiting list project. Follow up work will include support plan and initial review. Must be able to work at a fast pace and complete proportionate and strengths-based assessments.
