Social Worker - Hereford

Randstad is seeking a qualified and experienced Social Worker to join our team in Hereford.
This is a full-time, locum position offering a rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of adults with diverse needs.
This role requires face-to-face visits two days a week in our Hereford office and travel throughout the county. Key Responsibilities
Conducting Care Act Assessments and support planning using a strength-based approach. Managing CHC and s117 work. Undertaking section 42 Enquiries and Mental Capacity Assessments. Working with Community Do LS. Providing face-to-face support and visits to clients. Maintaining accurate records using Mosaic IT system (training provided). Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Adhering to professional social work standards and ethical guidelines. Requirements
Social Work England registration. Experience working with adults with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, mental health needs, and older people. Proven experience in community social work, including Care Act Assessments and support planning. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills. Proficiency in using IT systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to strength-based practice. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (mileage allowance provided). Benefits
Hourly rate: £35 ltd per hour Up to £150 per week accommodation allowance 45p business mileage Hybrid working model (part office/part home based) 3-month contract with potential for extension Supportive and collaborative team environment Location and Hours
