An excellent opportunity has arisen for an
Adult Social Care Solicitor
to join a well-respected Local Authority in the North West. This is a locum position with an initial contract of
6-12 months . The successful Adult Social Care Solicitor will be required to take on a varied caseload including, but not limited to: Court of Protection applications Deprivation of liberty Providing general legal advice in relation to adult social care and mental health The ideal candidate will be locally based; however,
remote working
candidates will be considered. While previous experience working within local government is desirable, qualified solicitors from a private practice background should also apply.
