They are looking for a new member to join the Adults’ Continuing Healthcare team, offering a pay rate of £31.04 per hour. What will your responsibilities be? In this role, you will be required to work jointly with health colleagues on retrospective continuing healthcare cases, and to undertake comprehensive social care assessments and/or reports, with detailed support plans, as appropriate.
