What you’ll be doing: The Advanced Business Administrator Apprenticeship is a two-year scheme and will offer you the opportunity to gain real experience within our Shared Services business. You will experience different placements working in the lines of service which support all our BAE businesses in the UK and the Rest of the World, including Air, Submarines, Maritime, Naval Ships and Cyber, giving you the opportunity to make a rewarding contribution to the work we do. This will be a role exploring Recruitment Operations, including Early Careers Recruitment, Onboarding, Vetting, Business Operations and Events. During your two years, you will undertake placements, working across a selection of the following teams: Early Careers Recruitment, Onboarding Early Careers, Onboarding Experienced Hires, Vetting, Contingent Labour, Business Operations and Events & Sourcing, enabling you to develop your business administration experience across these areas. You will learn how to: Deliver your responsibilities efficiently and with integrity. Work well within a team. Demonstrate strong communication skills (both written and verbal). Conduct stakeholder management. Problem-solve. Develop your organisational skills. Incorporate project management skills. What apprenticeship will you get? Level 3 Business Administrator Standard. Many roles also require higher levels of National Security Vetting where applicants must typically have 5 to 10 years of continuous residency in the UK depending on the vetting level required for the role, to allow for meaningful security vetting checks. Qualification requirements: 5 GCSE A*-C or 9-4 (or equivalent) including Maths & English.
