Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Clinical Nurse Specialist - Metabolic We are seeking experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioners/ Clinical Nurse Specialists with a background in metabolic diseases to work at the forefront of new treatments for patients with these conditions. This role will collaborate closely with physicians, serving as a clinical expert, to support our project teams in clinical research studies (no direct patient care). A strong medical management background, including prescriptive authority, is preferred. About the Role: Disease-Specific Education:

Develop and implement educational programs for internal teams focused on metabolic diseases. Clinical Safety Review:

Conduct thorough reviews of study participant data, including laboratory results, medications, and medical history, as part of the study's medical monitoring team. Protocol Review:

Assess assigned protocols for scientific accuracy and potential safety risks. Collaborative Meetings:

Attend pre-study and study-related meetings with project teams, providing clinical expertise. Study Conduct Support:

Assist the Clinical Operations team with activities related to study participant recruitment, screening, and conduct. New Business Proposals:

Contribute clinical input to written proposals for conducting client clinical trials. Business Presentations:

Serve as a clinical expert in business presentations to new clients. Requirements: Nursing Qualifications:

Master's or doctoral degree in nursing; or equivalent qualifications; Nursing and Midwifery Council registration and NMC pin number; Metabolic Disease Experience:

Significant experience as an advanced nurse practitioner/clinical nurse specialist within metabolic diseases; Technical Skills:

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel; Clinical Research:

Clinical research experience preferred; and evidence of autonomous clinical or research work at senior level.
