We are seeking an Advanced Clinical Practitioner who is confident in working autonomously carrying out clinical consultations, providing assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and medication through prescribing. In addition, your experience will provide management and leadership to the teams delivering urgent treatment and enhanced access services. To succeed in this role, you will need excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills. Main duties of the job

The role is central in developing and managing highly specialised programmes of care and provides specialised advice concerning care beyond the scope of normal clinical practice. You will establish differential diagnoses, management/treatment plans, and make referrals as appropriate. You will also facilitate the development of clinical practice through research and education of the multidisciplinary team. Evaluate care through quality assurance initiatives and assessment of clinical outcomes. You will take every opportunity to promote the health of patients and initiate health education strategies as necessary. About us

Qualifications

Current NMC registration Master's Level Degree in Advanced Practice Professional training delivery qualification or equivalent experience of delivering and facilitating in challenging environments. Skills and experience

Minimum of 5 years post-registration experience to include 1 year experience of a leadership position Highly developed specialist knowledge underpinned by theory and experience Experience in delivering clinical supervision, mentoring, and being a role model to staff Evidence of ability to direct and co-ordinate individualised plans of care working autonomously and collaboratively Disclosure and Barring Service Check
